What makes it "B-Stock or Factory Second?

Although B-Stock guitars do not include a manufacturer warranty they have been thoroughly inspected and repaired by our professional luthiers. Also, all orders are shipped and insured via UPS to insure your guitar arrives in the condition shown.

All B-Stock Guitars go through the following four phase process that is the designed to insure that you get the very best value for your “B-Stock / Factory Second” guitar dollar.

Phase 1: Upon reception an experienced member of our staff inspects each guitar. The manufacture’s serial number is removed and replaced with our "B-Stock or Factory Second" serial number. Then the word “2nd” is stamped on the back of the head stock. (These last two steps are taken, to protect the interests of the manufactures and to prevent the filing of improper warranty claims. The guitars are then graded and prepared to go into the restoration shop.

Phase 2: The second phase is performed by the professional guitar repair staff, while completing any necessary repairs and adjustments.

Phase 3: The third phase is performed by the quality control manager. This process involves checking all seams, surfaces, finish, set-up and electronics.

Phase 4: The fourth phase is performed by the warehouse staff prior to shipping. The guitars are then packed into double walled boxes, for their protection and shipped via UPS and insured for their purchase value.
